Luis has more than 28 years as a labor tax specialist, providing advice to various industries on issues related to Social Security, INFONAVIT (National Housing Fund for Workers), Income Tax, local contributions in different states of the country, Federal Labor Law and related issues.

He has a degree in Accounting from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and a Law Degree from the Tamaulipeca University.
