APPENDIX “B” PRIVACY NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (“Data Protection Law”) and other applicable regulations, we present the following Privacy Notice in order to inform you about the treatment of your personal data.
I. Responsible for the processing of your personal data
BT CDMX, S.C. (hereinafter referred to as “BAKER TILLY MEXICO” and/or “Responsible”) with trade name “BT CDMX” is responsible for collecting your personal data, the treatment given to them and their protection, residing at Insurgentes Sur # 1787 Piso 4, Col. Guadalupe Inn, Mexico City, C.P. 01020.
