Ruben has 21 years of experience in the auditing area of social security, INFONAVIT (National Housing Fund for Workers) and state payroll tax. He collaborated in an important firm for 16 years as Manager in charge of the Social Security area.

He has a degree in Public Accounting from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León.

He has a Master’s Degree in Labor Law from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León.
