BT CDMX, S.C. domiciled at Avenida Insurgentes Sur número 1787, piso 3, colonia Guadalupe Inn, alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, código postal 01020, Ciudad de México, México, in compliance with the Mexican Law of Personal Data Protection (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, the “Law”), its Regulations and Provisions, is the responsible for the use and protection of your personal data and, hereby, acknowledges that BT CDMX, S.C.  gathers and treats your personal data for the purposes set forth in this Comprehensive Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”).

 

Remittance of Personal Data, the access to and/or any registration through the Media implies consent granted expressed by the individual to BT CDMX, S.C., in accordance with this  Privacy Notice.

 

 

  • II Primary Purposes of Treatment

 

BT CDMX, S.C. requests and/or gathers personal data directly by written or electronic means, either by filling out application forms, questionnaires or by email, telephone or through our website: https://www.bakertilly.mx (the “Media”).

 

BT CDMX, S.C. gathers your data solely for the following primary purposes:

 

To Vendors or visitors at any BT CDMX, S.C.’s premises

 

  1. To hold a record of individuals as visitors of BT CDMX, S.C.’s offices and premises. To confirm your identity and the purpose of your visit to allow access.
  2. Compile your profile as vendor.
  3. Payment procedures.

Additionally, such information gathered by BT CDMX, S.C. is used for the following purposes, other than the primary purposes referred to in the section above:

 

Secondary Purposes:

  2. Performing surveys that allows BT CDMX, S.C. to improve service delivery.

 

Additional purposes referred to in sections 1. and 2. above are not necessary for the primary purposes referred in the Privacy Notice herein; accordingly, you have the right to disagree, or withdraw your consent for BT CDMX, S.C. to cease the treatment of your personal data for these purposes, which can be requested at datospersonales@bakertilly.mx as detailed further below.

 

  • III Personal Data Under Treatment.

 

Personal data gathered by BT CDMX, S.C., directly or indirectly, through the Media comprise the following (“Personal Data”):

 

  1. Data for identification: Full name, surname and last name, date of birth, CURP, fiscal address, tax ID, work address, gender or official ID.

 

  1. Data for contact: Personal address, work address, personal email address, work email address, work and personal telephone numbers, and work and personal mobile numbers.

 

We hereby acknowledge that, in order to comply with the prescribed purposes within this Privacy Notice, BT CDMX, S.C. does not require to gather any sensitive personal data.

 

  • IV Transfer of personal data

 

BT CDMX, S.C., without your previous expressed consent, may reveal, disclose and/or transfer your personal data throughout the Mexican United States and abroad, to BT CDMX, S.C.’s parent entities, affiliates, subsidiaries and/or related parties, as well as to comply with legal provisions as required, or even, when required by national or international authorities.

 

In the case that, BT CDMX, S.C. is required to transfer your Personal Data to any third party not related to the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, we will ask for your expressed consent to do so.

 

  • V Rights of Access, Revision, Cancellation, and Opposition (“ARCO”), and Withdrawal

 

You have the right to access your personal data held by BT CDMX, S.C. and any details of their treatment, as well as revised them if they are missed or inaccurate; void them if considered not intended for the purposes of this privacy notice or if deemed being used for non-consent purposes; or express disagreement on their treatment for specific purposes.

 

To exercise your ARCO rights or to withdraw any previous consent for their use, you must formally request so in writing to BT CDMX, S.C., in terms of following:

 

If you are interested to execute any of the rights stated above, you must send by email to datospersonales@bakertilly.mx, a written letter which must address at least the following: (i) name of the interested party, domicile and email address where you should get the corresponding response; (ii) attach any official document to prove your identity, or otherwise, a written representation of your identity under a statement to tell the truth; and (iii) a detailed, clear and accurate description of the personal data for which rights you are requesting for.

 

In case of requesting the right of revision, you must attach the documentation that supports your request.

 

BT CDMX, S.C. will have no more than 20 (twenty) following the receipt date of your request, to provide a response to your request through the email address provided.

 

  • VI Retention term

 

Personal data provided by application forms or any other type of questionnaire held by BT CDMX, S.C., will be retained for a period no longer than 5 (five) years from the date it has been gathered; after such period, all your personal data will be cleared out from BT CDMX, S.C.’s databases with the sole purpose to preserve individuals’ interest.

 

Personal data provided by any subscription to our technical bulletins and other communications will be retained indefinitely until you voluntarily unsubscribe by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link shown at the bottom of any of our publications, or, by sending an email at notificaciones@bakertilly.mx

Modification notices to this Privacy Notice will be released and published at least 10 (ten) days before the date the revised Privacy Notice becomes effective.
